Well appointed place to stay with incredible location next to the ferry terminal and lovely food. Pretty friendly and superfriendly staff onsite. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Quaint and good standard hotel, the services were good, amazing location in the town centre at the beach. Delicious food plus very pleasant and incredibly welcoming staff. Enjoyable breakfast, lots of options available.  

We truly enjoyed spending 3 nights here. The property was enchanting and brilliant and we had a fab stay. The breakfast was excellent with excellent green smoothie, and all the food was reasonably priced.

The service was good. My quiet room had a luxury bathroom. The location was marvellous and stunning - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go.

Pleasant and absolutely brilliant hotel with a great restaurant in Yarmouth. Beautiful and atmospheric room with a luxury bathroom. Stunning and unbeatable location to a ferry port very close to the property. Found in a lovely area.  

Location - it was stunning and unbeatable, a ferry port was very close to the hotel. The staff was absolutely lovely, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The continental breakfast food was reasonably priced.  

We were there for 2 days, everything was excellent, liked its stunning location very close to Lymington ferry, the superb garden overlooking the Solent, and tourist sites. The service was good, including a fine check-in.  

Very close to a ferry port, the location was unbeatable. There was quick bites Grace's Bakery, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Wonderful cuisine, the place is impeccably clean.

We can't wait to come back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

The double room was fantastic, lovely bed. The breakfast was excellent, had plenty of options and the food was delicious. The staff was courteous and enthusiastic with good services. Location: the hotel was so close to the neighbouring 

Unbeatable location very close to a ferry port and main sights. Just 5 min walk to downtown.

Immaculately clean hotel in an elegant building near centre of Yarmouth, bars, and the cheaper restaurant. Unbeatable location on the island for many years with views over the sea. Again, not far from an artillery fort.
